These systems may generate risk scores, flags, classifications, or recommendations.

A risk score or automated flag may result in additional review, delayed withdrawals, restrictions, or investigation where permitted by our Terms of Service and applicable law.

SkillR may also use human review for material enforcement decisions.

We do not guarantee that automated systems will always identify misconduct correctly or detect every violation.

6. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We may disclose personal information to service providers and other parties when reasonably necessary to operate SkillR.

7. BUSINESS TRANSFERS

If SkillR undergoes a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, personal information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

8. BLOCKCHAIN INFORMATION

Blockchain transactions may be publicly visible.

If you deposit or withdraw digital assets such as USDC, information including:

  • wallet addresses;
  • transaction hashes;
  • transfer amounts; and
  • blockchain activity

may become permanently available on the relevant public blockchain.

SkillR cannot delete or alter information that has been independently recorded on a public blockchain.

9. SALE AND SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

SkillR does not knowingly sell personal information to third parties for monetary consideration.

Certain disclosures involving advertising, analytics, or tracking technologies may be legally considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for targeted advertising under some state privacy laws even where no money is exchanged.

Where applicable, SkillR will provide legally required methods to opt out of those activities.

Where legally required, SkillR will also recognize valid browser-based opt-out preference signals.

10. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

SkillR may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to:

  • maintain sessions;

  • prevent fraud;
  • protect account security;
  • measure platform performance; and

Blocking essential cookies may prevent portions of SkillR from functioning correctly.

Closing an Account does not necessarily require immediate deletion of all information.

No internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about users for unrelated advertising purposes unless separately disclosed and legally permitted.

16. CHILDREN

SkillR's real-money Services are intended only for persons who satisfy the age requirements stated in our Terms of Service and are at least 18 years old.

SkillR does not knowingly permit individuals under 18 to participate in Cash Play.

If we determine that an underage person has submitted information or created an Account in violation of our rules, we may suspend the Account, restrict real-money functionality, and take appropriate action concerning the information and funds as required by applicable law.

20. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

SkillR may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When we make material changes, we will update the Last Updated date and provide additional notice where required by law.

Your continued use of the Services after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective is subject to applicable law and does not eliminate any consent requirement imposed by law.
