ELIGIBILITY & RULES

The important cash-play rules, without the legal wall of text.

This page summarizes the key conditions players should understand before entering a SkillR cash match. Additional requirements may apply under SkillR's full terms and applicable law.

WHO CAN PLAY

18+ and verified

Players must be at least 18, or any higher minimum age required by applicable law. Identity verification and current-location verification are required for cash play.

WHERE CASH PLAY IS AVAILABLE

Permitted locations only

Cash competition is available only where SkillR permits it under applicable rules. Location checks may be performed for deposits, cash-match entry, card purchases, and withdrawals. Anonymous or location-masking connections may be rejected.

SKILL-BASED OUTCOMES

Player decisions determine the result

SkillR advertises Chess and Connect Four as fixed-rule skill competitions. Match outcomes are determined by player moves, not by random prize rolls, cards, dice, loot mechanics, or other chance-based outcome systems.

ENTRY, PRIZE & FEE

Equal stakes, transparent 10% fee

Both players enter at the displayed stake. Their entries form the match pot. SkillR receives 10% of the pot and the winner receives the remaining net prize. Example: two $1 entries create a $2 pot; SkillR receives $0.20 and the winner receives $1.80.

WITHDRAWALS & REVIEW

Withdrawals can be reviewed before release.

Available balance may be requested for withdrawal. The amount under an active withdrawal request may be locked while identity, location, fair-play, anti-fraud, AML, and other compliance checks are completed. A review can delay release when additional verification or investigation is required.

Important:Eligibility and availability can change based on law, location, verification status, account restrictions, or SkillR policy. Being able to access the website does not by itself mean a player is eligible for cash competition.
